Call Me Maybe... Not!

When we started Igloo, I loved meeting people and chatting all about our business. I could talk about video for days on end.

That was until I tried talking on the phone to clients.

Suddenly, I would forget what videos are, what my name is, and how to speak English altogether. I hated phone calls.

But like with anything, if you persevere with something uncomfortable for long enough, it becomes perfectly normal. Nowadays, phone calls can be the best way of having a productive chat and really getting to know what our clients need.
